For over twenty years, Dan Levine has been a leader in location consulting, economic development and incentive negotiation and he has applied his unique cross functional and strategic analytic framework to problems confronting clients ranging from leading companies (Citigroup, Novartis, Continental Airlines); Trade Groups (American Culinary Federation); Economic Development Groups (Regional Business Partnership of Newark); Trade Unions, Educational Institutions and others. Until recently, Dan was the Executive Director at ADP, Inc. where he led a team of professionals providing location and incentive services on engagements throughout the United States. Prior to joining ADP, Dan was the Assistant State Treasurer (Economic Development) for New Jersey where he Chaired the Commerce Commission and helped bring leading companies and new investments to the State of New Jersey (Towers Perrin, Pfizer, Cadbury Adams).

Earlier in his career, Dan held senior positions at Coopers & Lybrand (then PwC) and the New York City Department of Finance.

 

Dan earned his Masters Degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and his Bachelors in Economics from the University of Chicago. He currently teaches Business Communication at the Rutgers Graduate School of Business and is a frequent public speaker. He also sits on the Editorial Boards of several trade publications and is an officer of the Regional Utility Roundtable of the National Association of Business Economists.
