For over twenty years, Dan Levine has been a leader in location consulting, economic development and incentive negotiation and he has applied his unique cross functional and strategic analytic framework to problems confronting clients ranging from leading companies (Citigroup, Burlington Coat Factory, Continental Airlines); Trade Groups (Biotechnology Council of New Jersey); Economic Development Groups (Regional Business Partnership of Newark); Trade Unions, Educational Institutions and others. Dan was previously the Executive Director, Location and Incentive Services, at ADP, Inc. where he led a team of professionals providing location and incentive services on engagements throughout the United States. Dan also served as New Jersey’s Assistant State Treasurer where among other responsibilities he chaired the Commerce and Economic Growth Commission and helped bring leading companies and new investments to the State of New Jersey (Towers Perrin, Pfizer, Cadbury Adams). Earlier in his career, Dan held senior positions at Coopers & Lybrand (then PwC) and the New York City Department of Finance. |

Dan earned his Masters Degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and his Bachelors in Economics from the University of Chicago. Dan is also an Adjunct Professor of both Business Communication (Rutgers Graduate School of Business) and State and Local Economic Development (Rutgers Graduate School of Public Policy). |
